Our intention is to use Kundalini Yoga and meditation to relax your body and let go of the constant chatter of the mind. This way you can naturally open yourself up to the vast internal portal of stillness within. When the distractions are gone and you're open and relaxed, you can tune into the frequency of deep silence. It's this stillness and silence that will nourish you on a multitude of levels and allow you to naturally tap into the messages from your Soul.
Kundalini Yoga has a very profound ability to uncoil all the complex internal patterns we get trapped in. What will be left is the simplicity of YOU. The simplicity of NOW.
During the retreat we will practice altogether. We will work the body, breathe deeply, meditate and chant.
Outside of the practice we remain in silence. We tune into our beings, we give ourselves a chance to listen and be present with what is.

During these day retreats we’ll focus on integrating the energy of the Solar Eclipse which happens only two days before we meet.
Eclipses tend to be intense and demanding on our physical as well as energetic body. Our intention is to create a container for you to replenish and recharge on all levels after this big energetic shift. Using gentle practices of Kundalini Yoga we’ll restore your natural balance and invite enhanced harmony into our being.

‘Destiny Expanded’ 23rd April
As we ride the waves of the newly materialized Solar Eclipse, we’ll be in a powerful time and space configuration. The Eclipse shows us our most needed future orientation, we can now direct our focus and energy at creating that new reality.
In this day retreat we’ll use practices from Kundalini Yoga which are designed to expand and enhance your Destiny. Sound current, mudra and a specific sequence of body alignment will unlock and manifest stronger connection to your true path. As we clear and re-organize our energetic grid, we’ll purposefully align with our natural flow state.

Join us for our monthly Day Yoga Retreat at our home in Sa Cabaneta on 4th February, the day before the Full Moon.
In preparation for this important celestial energy shift, we will open and prepare our bodies with morning Slow Flow Yoga, share a home cooked meal and use ancient yogic techniques of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing and Sacred Chanting to ease ourselves into the incoming Moon energy.
